As a member of our Property and Valuations Team, you will be part of a dynamic, commercially focused organisation that delivers world-class location knowledge and services.
As a Landgate Valuer you will demonstrate your high level of commitment to the delivery of valuations of real property in compliance with the Valuation of Land Act 1978. Your effective interpersonal skills will enable you to work collaboratively as a member of the Property and Valuation Services team in the development of innovative and high quality work practices.

Landgate is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Valuer Pool where successful applicants, based on their determined skills/abilities, will be offered permanent and fixed-term appointments as either urban or rural valuers as business needs arise. This pool will operate for a period of 3 months from completion of the review period.

Property Valuer - South West WA
Propell National Valuers is one of the largest property valuation firms in Australia, with a reputation for our integrity, professionalism, and property knowledge and expertise.
This is an excellent opportunity for a registered Valuer to join Propell National Valuers. In this position you will be based in the South West region, in particular the localities of Bunbury and Busselton. The position is offered on either a full-time, part-time or contract basis.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and dedicated Valuer, with strong organisation and time management skills. In addition they will possess a strong client focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as contribute to a team. The successful candidate will hold current Associate Membership (AAPI) of the Australian Property Institute, with Certified Practising Valuer status. They will also hold a current Land Valuers License with the Western Australia Land Valuers Licensing Board and will possess a open driver’s licence.
