Construction Safety Awareness Training - Expression of Interest
As previous workshops have booked out in record time we are seeking expressions of interest from those who may have missed out, for future Blue Card training sessions.
It is a requirement under the WA Occupation Safety and Health Act that specified personnel on building construction sites must have appropriate approved OSH training and hold a Blue Card, valid for 3 years, verifying that training has been completed.
API WA has engaged the services of Training Course Professionals to conduct specific Blue Card training for valuers.

Inspection of a Non-Residential Property and Report Writing
This workshop requires Graduates to inspect and prepare a valuation report of a near city non-residential building.
Registrants will develop skills in inspection methodology, research, analysis, valuation techniques and preparation of valuation reports in accordance with the 5th Edition API/PINZ Professional Practice and the Code of Conduct of the WA Land Valuers Licensing Act.
