Rental Determination workshop
The President of the Division appoints experts from the panel to undertake determinations across Western Australia. It is an expedient, inexpensive dispute resolution process.
This is a compulsory workshop for any Member of the WA Division who is seeking inclusion on the Divisional President’s panel from which appointments to undertake Rental and Capital Valuer Determinations are made.
Existing panel members are required to renew their eligibility for appointment by attending the workshop.
Members who wish to be added to the panel are required to attend the workshop
2009 Risk Management Module
The 2009 Risk Management Module is a new module. Members who completed the RMM v2 in 2006 and are still undertaking valuations are required to complete 2009 RMM. If you are an API member who undertakes valuations and you are yet to complete a Risk Management Module, you have 12 months from the date you became an API member or 12 months from the date you started undertaking valuations to do so. (Detailed in By-Law 20.3)
